Had a good lunch with good company at chinatown. Chicken rice, mix beef  ball soup n bak kut teh.

Toast Bread Ala Gigi

Nice and fluffy. I twist the recipe abit by adding some wholemeal, rye and flaxseed flour into it. The bread taste so good. Thanks Gigi for teaching us the right way yo make this bread :)
